About

My name is Adilzhan Adilkhanov, I am a roboticist and an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in tactile robotics and haptics.

I have two master’s degree diplomas – one of them is from a local top university called Nazarbayev University, and another – from Grenoble INP which is one of the top engineering institutions in France. Both, my undergraduate and graduate studies were in the field of Robotics.

During my studies, I was working in a laboratory and did research in tactile robotics and haptics. Overall, during 4 years, I managed to publish 4 research articles in related Q1 journals and present some of my works at top robotics conferences such as IROS and ICRA.

As I already mentioned, my research projects were related to tactile robotics and haptics. In all my projects, I took a leading role and was responsible for the whole workflow – starting from the problem statement and ending with writing an article and preparing materials for publishing.

In addition to the theoretical knowledge gained during lectures, my research and working experience helped me to develop strong hard skills such as mechatronics, industrial design, design of electronic systems and programming, and soft skills as being an active team player, a creative problem-solver, a risk-taker, and a specialist with R&D mindset and analytical skills.
